| 1) Click on your start button, then settings, and finally, Control Panels, to see the
screen below. Locate and double-click on the icon labeled Internet, as shown below.

2) Inside of the Internet Properties window, click on the Connections tab at the top, and then on the Setup button.

| 3) Select the third option on this screen, the setup the connection manually. Click Next.

| 4) Click Next.

| 5) Type in the phone number for your local dialing area. Also, uncheck
the box for Dial using the area code and country code. Click Next.

| 6) Type in your user name and password on this window. Click Next.
|

| 7) Type NTS into this window. Click Next.
|
 |
| |
| 8) Select No here. Click Next.
|
 |
| |
| 9) Click Finish. You have completed the setup. To setup your email, look for the guide for Outlook Express.
