1) Click on the Start button. If you have one column here, go to Settings, then Control Panel. If you have two columns, look on the right side for Control Panels. If you see the window below, click on Switch to Classic View

2) Using this image to represent the screen you will see, look for, and double-click on, Internet Options.

3) Click on the Connections tab. Click on the Setup button at the top.

4) Click Next.

5) Click Next.

6) Select the second option. Click Next.

7) Click Next.

8) Type NTS into the box here. Click Next.

9) Type in the phone number for your local calling area. Click Next.

10) Type in your user name, and the password into both password boxes. Click Next.

11) Place a check in the box here, to Add a shortcut to the desktop. Click Next. You have completed the setup.
