How to reboot The Set Top Box (STB)?
1) Push and hold the Restart/Power button on the front of the set top box itself (not the
remote) for about 30 seconds or until you see the white static-like bars scrolling across
the bottom of your screen.
2) Now, release the button, and the box should begin the initialization process, which
involves 4 distinct, labeled steps.
3) If it does not complete through all four steps, try to restart once more using the Power
button.
4) If it still fails, or if this does not restore service, call out help desk at 788-2999. Thank you.
