Usage itself varies widely, depending upon which Client program you choose to use.
However, all clients will need basically only one set of settings.
The things you will need are the username and the password for the FTP account you are trying to access, and the host, or server, name.
In the case of NTS, this will always be
www. - for example, if for the domain name of cnn.com, the host they would enter would be www.cnn.com
Choosing an FTP Client program comes down to a matter of personal choice.
There are literally hundreds available on the Internet to download.
Some are free, and some distributed under an arrangement known as Shareware.
This allows you to try out the program, usually a Lite, or reduced feature set, version, for free,
and if you like it, or continue to use it, you pay the author, and get the full version.
