How to Clean Webmail Folders and Empty Trash for Interface IE6+

• Log on to your webmail account from www.nts-online.net

• Clean Folders by Moving Messages to Trash:

          1) You can select the messages you want to move the trash by checking the checkbox next to the message.

          2) If you want to delete all of the messages in that folder, you can click on the "check_all" checkbox.

          3) Then, select "Trash" from the drop-down menu, and click "Move" button. This will move the selected messages

              to the "Trash" folder.

• Empty Trash:

          1) You can set a rule to empty trash right after your log-out.

              To set the rule:

              a) Click "Email Settings" link under "Utilities" tab on the left menu.

              b) "Webmail Preferences" tab will appear on the screen.

              c) Check the checkbox "Delete Trash on Logout", and click "Save Settings" button.

• Delete Messages Permanently:

          If you prefer to delete messages permanently without moving them to Trash folder first:

          1) Select the messages you want to delete, and then select "Erase Selected" option

              from the drop-down menu, then click "Move" button.
